    Our president is Chris Day. He’s counseled CEOs, Crown ministers,
    and other senior leaders.

    After a successful career as an award-winning broadcast journalist, he’s led award-winning communications and public affairs efforts in large, complex organizations.

    His passion is purpose. He loves working with people who want to change the world. His business mantra is do well by doing good.

    Chris designs and leads winning campaigns. He assembles great teams. He delivers outstanding results.

    Fluently bilingual, Chris has worked in and traveled to more than 75 countries (and counting). The Hill Times named him among the “Top 100 Leading Canada’s Global Future.” Chris’ columns have appeared in the Ottawa Business Journal and the Post Millennial. He’s also been a featured guest on Ottawa’s 580 CFRA and 1310 News.

    Nick McRoberts

    Nick McRoberts is our Vice-President, Operations. He’s a highly experienced communications professional, helping brands and individuals deliver their message to the right audience at the right time.

    He has led rebranding projects for national organizations and has helped those organizations develop winning communications strategies. He’s counselled Federal Ministers and political campaigns as they navigate an evolving world of digital communications and instant news.

    Well-versed in sectors including agriculture, research, infrastructure, and more, Nick helps our clients navigate the specific hurdles of their industries and stand out in their fields.

    Nick is a master problem-solver who thrives on finding unique solutions for clients. When not in Ottawa, Nick spends time in his beloved home province of Prince Edward Island.

  • Ariella Kimmel

    Ariella is our Vice-President, Strategic Communications and Business Development. She brings over a decade of experience in communications, stakeholder relations and policy development working within organizations from a variety of different backgrounds and industries.

    Ariella has developed a strong background in creating communications strategies that leverage the unique interests of specific audiences and potential influencers. Her work within both the public and private sectors have equipped her with particular strengths to help manage advocacy focused on policy changes, communications and issues management, and she brings extensive experience and skill in managing a wide range of stakeholder groups, through the development of engagement plans.
    Through various senior positions in government at both the provincial and federal level, Ariella has developed the ability to work under pressure, addressing the task at hand and ensuring that those she is working for are being strongly supported in managing crises and communicating with the public.

    Ariella is based in Toronto with her beloved dog Betty, but loves spending time back in Ottawa with her family, or in the mountains in Alberta.

With a journalism background, he brings storytelling skills that help clients effectively share their message and point of view.

    Nancy has been helping people tell their stories for over 20 years. Through her background in politics, business and the not-for-profit sector, Nancy brings a rich depth of experience to her role as a senior communications strategist. Her skills are diverse and varied; with a focus on brand and reputation management gained from extensive campaign experience and providing crisis communications advice, strategies and stewardship to various industries and individuals.

    Eric Dicaire is our expert in content development. He’s a skilled writer, compassionate communicator, and will put your message in front of those who need to hear it.

    He’s produced TV documentaries, written for top-shelf companies, and created content strategies for Canadian health research teams and academic health organizations. He also won the Hon. Paul Dewar Community Builders Award and the Montreal Gazette Suzan Carson Award for his commitment to community service.

    He loves supporting people who help others and works every day to make the world a little bit kinder.
