Elena is our Administrative Coordinator. Elena is an experienced administrative professional with over twenty years of success in operations, coordination, and organizational management. She currently serves as an Administrative Operations Specialist at CBC, where she supports executive leadership, oversees logistics, and ensures efficient workflow processes. Elena’s career spans multiple industries, including media, education, and corporate services, reflecting her adaptability and depth of expertise. Previously, she held progressive leadership roles at KAO Canada and Stanley Security Solutions, where she streamlined administrative systems and coordinated national programs and events. She is highly skilled in communication, multitasking, and process improvement, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and project management tools. Elena holds diplomas from Sheridan College, Humber College, and the St. Petersburg State Theatre Arts Academy. Fluent in English and Russian, she brings a global perspective and a dedication to excellence in every role she undertakes.
