Jasmine Vales

Jasmine is our Communications and Client Services Specialist and brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, and project management to Winston Wilmont. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for keeping projects on track, supporting executive leadership, and helping teams operate effectively in fast-paced environments.

Prior to joining Winston Wilmont, Jasmine served as Sales and Marketing Coordinator at K-Hart Industries, where she coordinated departmental initiatives, managed marketing activities, and organized the company’s participation in agricultural trade shows and industry events. She has also worked as a Community Manager at McCann on Bayer Canada and held multiple roles at Canada’s largest agricultural media and events company, where she gained experience in content creation, social media management, internal communications, production, and event planning.

Known for her collaborative approach and strong organizational skills, Jasmine enjoys bringing structure to complex projects and finding solutions that help teams move forward with confidence. Her ability to ask thoughtful questions, anticipate needs, and manage competing priorities makes her a trusted resource for both colleagues and clients.

Originally from the Philippines and now based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Jasmine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Advertising Management from De La Salle University. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
